Many of you have  recently made inquiries about attending the 2014 FAWA Seoul 21st Convention, here are all the specifics:

 October 14th, 2014 through October 18th, 2014

 Theme of the convention 

” Gender Equality and empowerment of women in the Asia-Pacific region”

Opening ceremony is at 4pm

The amount is $300.00 with registration done before August 15th or $330.00 after August 15th, including reception meetings, lunches, dinners, lectures, workshops,cultural night, FAWA night, gala and much more… a city tour of Seoul is also included.

How to sign up:

• Click on registration, you will need to have your flight information on hand. If you do not have your flight information you must call +82 27 94 45 60 or email kncw@chol.com to register. Booking your flight is independent. Seoul Incheon airport is the closest to the convention.
• Accompanying persons are invited to join the conference for the main events and the city tour for the amount of $250.00, you will need to fill out a separate registration form and check mark “others” under capacity of participation with a description such as “husband of…” or “friend of….” etc
• Choose the panel discussions and workshops you would like to attend.
• Business Meetings and meals/Banquets are taking place in 2 hotels, the LOTTE HOTEL at $225.00/night and the PRESIDENT HOTEL at $150.00/night. Most rooms are double occupancy. Booking your hotel is independent, you may choose any hotel you desire. If you decide to go with Lotte or President , you can forward your registration form to the hotel reception desk via email, see email addresses on your registration form at http://www.fawa.asia/
• There is an all day tour to Nami Island for $50.00 which you may choose to attend, simply check mark on your registration form.
• We will put together a dance to present on the cultural night, so think about your outfit representing Guam, Mestiza…
• The gala will be black tie.
